We start with sweet, delicious milk. The butter fat content
is much higher in the milk of Nigerian Dwarf goats than other goats. This makes our cheese rich and creamy.

Currently we just use regular gym weights to press our cheeses.

We are looking forward to purchasing a professional cheese press.
Possibly a C. van 't Riet stainless steel tube cheese press.
