Wethers make wonderful pets and are excellent
brush eaters. We keep two wethers, Pumbaa and Marlee, to help us out on the farm.
Pumbaa
Pumbaa is a beautiful boy with an incredible personality. He’s
extremely lovable and truly enjoys the company of both people and goats alike. He is our "Greeter." He welcomes
new goats to the herd and new people to the farm. He often roams the yard with our two Australian Shepherds.
Marlee
Marlee is good buddies with Pumbaa, but he spends more time
with the ladies. We call him the "Indicator" because he lets us know when a doe comes in heat. Marlee is
a unique goat because he is polled (naturally hornless) and has piercing, blue eyes.
