About Us

Quail Run Hollow is located in the beautiful foothills of the Oregon coastal range. We are a small, sustainable, family-owned operation.  Our farm sits on 20 acres of land that varies from forest to pasture.  At Quail Run Hollow we raise Nigerian Dwarf dairy goats.  Our herdname is Caprinos.  It is a combination of "caprine" (pertaining to goats) and "Catino" (our last name) to reflect how embedded our lives have become with these incredible, personable animals.  Caprinos LLC provides delicious, sweet, mild milk for our second business, Quail Run Creamery LLC.  Our grade A dairy/licensed cheese plant makes a variety of aged, raw-milk cheese as well as fresh chevre.
